Who we are:
We are Marcus & Emil, a musical duo united by a love for lofi sounds and hailing from the vibrant city of Gothenburg, Sweden. Our creative journey began with a shared passion for the smooth melodies of jazz piano, and together we explore the world of sampling, transforming snippets of sound into unique sonic textures.

What we like:
We're deeply inspired by the rich tapestry of Swedish music traditions. Lush jazz harmonies played on the piano resonate deeply with us, and we find magic in the process of chopping up these sounds, breathing new life into them through the lens of lofi production. It's this fusion of classic and contemporary that truly fuels our creative fire. Additionally, we find immense joy in crafting comforting beats, soundscapes that evoke a sense of tranquility and peace, perfect for unwinding and letting the worries of the day melt away.
